Queen\'S Head Askham

Each one of 6 bedrooms is different, but all retain much of their original character and have antique furniture, good beds, soft linens, generous toiletries, bathrobes and tea and coffee from Farrers in Kendal. Most of bedrooms are big enough for families and all bedrooms are dog friendly.

The village pub at Askham offers a menu of wood fired pizzas, sides and puddings. They serve food Thursday to Monday from noon until 7.30pm. Bar is open for drinks Thursday to Monday from noon until 10pm and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3pm until 10pm.Bed and breakfast is available all week.There is a Doggy Welcome Pack for our overnight canine guests, which includes a treat, a map of local walks and poo bags.
